Property survey of the Philadelphia & Reading Railroad Company, 1858-1912.

This bound volume of property surveys concerns the rail line along the Schuylkill River from Montgomery County near Philadelphia to the Phoenixville Station in Chester County. A title page is dated 1858, but dates for property transfers for each tract of land are manuscript and dated through 1912. The surveys include adjacent land owners, waterways, some elevations, buildings, stations and roads.
